Fractional | Singapore is operated by Fractional Global L.L.C.F.Z, a free-zone company registered in the United Arab Emirates (“Fractional”, “we”, “us” or “our”). The same company operates fractional-global.com and our other city sites; this page is the copy that applies to Singapore.

By accessing or using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

This site describes Fractional and our fractional executive search service, and lets you make an enquiry, apply to join the collective, or register for an event.

Using the site does not create an engagement. Any engagement of a fractional executive is a separate business-to-business contract agreed in writing between the parties to it. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance to provide executive services, and no page, profile or estimate here is a commitment that a particular executive is available or that a particular rate applies.

When you send us an enquiry or an application, you confirm that what you tell us is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. We may decline, pause or withdraw an application, and we are not obliged to give reasons. Acceptance into the collective is at our discretion and is governed by the membership terms we agree with you separately.

Anything you upload stays yours. You give us the permission we need to store it, review it, and share it with a prospective client for the purpose you sent it to us for, and nothing more.

Registrations, tickets, refunds, transfers and admission for Fractional events are governed by our Ticketing and Event Terms, which apply in addition to these terms.

You may use this site only if you can form a binding contract and are using it for lawful business purposes. You agree not to:

• use the site in a way that breaks any applicable law or regulation;
• submit false, misleading or fraudulent information through our forms;
• impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your connection to a company;
• interfere with the site, probe it, or try to get unauthorised access to it, its systems or its data;
• scrape, harvest or bulk-extract content, profiles or contact details, whether by hand or by automated means;
• use the site or anything on it to train a machine-learning model without our written consent; or
• transmit malware or anything else harmful or disruptive.

We monitor for and block automated abuse. If we think you are doing any of the above, we may restrict or withdraw your access without notice.

The Fractional name, logo and brand, and the content of this site, including text, graphics, design, layout, imagery and code, belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law. You may read the site and use it for your own information and legitimate business purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish or commercially exploit any part of it without our written consent.

We link to other sites, including our own city sites and external resources. Sites we do not run are outside our control. We link for convenience, and we are not responsible for their content, products, services, terms or privacy practices. Using a linked site is at your own risk and subject to that site’s terms.

We try to keep the site available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, including any page or feature, at any time and without notice.

The site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent the law permits, we make no warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied, about the site or its content, including as to accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Information on the site is general. It is not professional, legal, financial, tax or employment advice, and you should not act on it without taking advice that fits your circumstances.

To the fullest extent the law permits, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data or anticipated savings, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, this site.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

You agree to indemnify us against reasonable losses, costs and expenses arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site, to the extent the law permits.

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of them or your use of this site, are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and of the free zone in which we are registered. The competent courts of the United Arab Emirates and that free zone have jurisdiction.

This does not take away rights you have where you live

If the law of Singapore gives you mandatory rights, including consumer rights or a right to bring proceedings in your local courts, the clause above does not remove them. Your data-protection rights in particular are set out in our Privacy Policy and are governed by the law that applies where you are, not by this clause.

How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, and what we store in your browser is set out in our Cookie Policy. Both form part of these terms.

We may update these terms. When we do, we revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page, and the updated terms take effect when posted. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept them.
